Final Days of School

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Final Days of School:
Pick Up and Drop Off Procedures
This week is the last week of class, with our last day being Friday May 15. Everyone should be
wrapping up assignments that are missing or outstanding. (Some classes and/or grades are
finishing earlier than others due to the nature of the class.) Remember, while this is “remote
learning” a “real” grade will be assigned and counted in each students’ final average and
recorded on their transcripts and permanent record card. Please try to encourage your
students to finish strong!
Next week, May 18-22, we will begin collecting textbooks, technology, library books, and
anything issued by Our Lady of Lourdes. Please note that missing textbooks could result in a
fee to replace the textbook. We will also be sending home any items left by the students when
we began “remote learning”, including supplies, school pictures, report cards, and Terrific
Tiger Awards. (If you believe your student left something behind that you do not receive in
your initial pick-up, please call the main office and we will try to locate the item.)
The following link is for Sign-Up Genius which will allow families to choose times to come to
school from 8-1pm and 5-7pm, Monday, May 18th-Friday, May 22, in 20 minute intervals.

You will enter through the New Gym door and proceed to the concession area to drop off any
textbooks, library books, and/or technology issued by OLL. You will then proceed to the gym
floor where any student belongings will be grouped by youngest in the family.
We are asking that students do not accompany the parent/guardian per the Governor’s
mandate. No on will be allowed in the main part of the building, including the main office. We
highly encourage you to wear a mask and ask that you maintain the proper social distance of
6ft.
